Well done I like a lot. But you forgot the shadows under the girl It disturbs me (and a little more under the foliage will be a must).
If you have a graphic tablet, you should paint her hair. Then your deviation will be beautiful in my sense

Interesting, someone else noticed that issue with the shadow as well. I actually positioned the shadow at the same point that the original shadow was, in the original stock image. Didn't think to adjust the position to compensate for the change in the light direction and I thing that's where I've gone wrong.

I'm a bit ho-hum about my shadow work in general as I don't have a very good understanding of the perspectives. Need to spend more time just looking

Unfortunately I'm a mouseketeer . Tablet will have to wait untill I replace and/or fix camera, upgrade computer and play Santa, pay for basketball camp, etc...you get the picture

great concept and job, only complaints are that the feet look a little floaty, adding a shadow to them would help immensely.

Thanks for the feedback. Toyed with the idea of that myself but the original image of the girl had her in mid-step a few inches off the ground and I wanted the same effect here.

I'm a bit over living with it at the moment but I'm sure I'll revise it at some stage in the future so will have another look at the shadow then.
