Excellent symmetry and lighting in this shot.
The bridge is highly eye catching and the longer exposure, shows the city in a moving form, with the cars racing by.
If you are in the mood for retouching, the still waters so beautifully capture the lighting, where the movement in the water distorts the effect. You could work to create stillness in that area for a more impacting look. Accent on the tallest buildings with strobe effects (as seen in the streetlights) may give more interest in the backdrop, unless you prefer the subject matter to be primarily on the bridge. To achieve vertical symmetry, consider accentuating the sky to match the water more than it's current effect.
All in all this image draws the eye and delights. These improvements are suggestions to push and pull the composition to a more polished state.

Regarding the strobe effects: The building's lights were simply not strong enough for the lens to actually create a sunburst effect.
