I'm limited to models/clothes/props/hair/etc that others make, though I can make changes through the use of shaders and other tricks. I likely won't be able to get the exact outfit you have in mind for your character, but chances are I can get pretty close. Obviously the heroine has slipped and fallen in a puddle of cherry Kool-Aid, and our villainess is taunting her for being such a klutz.
I can see the parallels to the comic cover, but the first thing I thought of was an inverted version of this painting. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ophelia_… Except there's a lot more red and there's a second person in the picture saying "girl, you're gushing more blood than Johnny Depp in A Nightmare on Elm Street."

I finally saw that movie a few months ago. Problem was that the DVD had some serious skips toward the end. They started literally a second or two before Depp dies.
