In this case I thought less would be more.
Cyclops has his blue hues and the background is a lighter "Grey".
Felt it would draw focus in on his eyes (eye).

I tried that , but it was not turning out the way I wanted.
I really wanted it too look as good as movie FX but that wasn't happening.
Kinda dissapointed myself with that...
If I can find a way to get it looking really cool I'll edit this
