Okay folks, I've gotten the green light on my first batches of sketch cards I'm working on for the Marvel Masterpieces 2 set for Upper Deck [link]So, I'm going to start posting some...
I signed up for 200 cards, and have til mid April to finish them... so thats about 5 cards per workday, and I'm on pace so far.
We'll see if I keep up doing nearly full detail on the cards, but for now, I am (sans backgrounds).
The first set I'm sharing was a fun one, the current Ultimates roster, as seen in Ultimates 3 by some Joe Mad guy...
Captain America, Thor, Iron Man, Black Panther, Wasp, Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch, Valkyrie, and Quicksilver.
Hope you dig them!
All characters are copyright Marvel
And cards can be found randomly inserted with the upcoming card set!

its alright, i had to stop temporarily on my comic to do some t-shirt designs for these two companys, and the wedding stuff is keeping me busy. but hopefully things will straighten out soon.

As much as I like sketch cards, not 100% sure I could deal with 200 in such a short time.

Yeah, I may need to do some simpler cards to get through them... we'll see.
I signed up for these, and this many, because I had time this winter (seasonal job), but the cards took quite a while to come, and my schedule's not so open any more.
They had an open call for these on here (DA), and filled it a while back.

That's a great line-up to do. I'm reading the Ultimates right now. I've only seen one other artists cards for this set. Are you getting the proofs back?

I've got to do my cards, then once the set is done or whatever, artists get proof cards back... so that won't be for quite some time
