Original 16x20" Acrylic Painting Framed $6400 at WonderGround Gallery
One of the pieces I painted for Disney that debuted at the WonderGround Gallery in the Downtown Disney® District at the Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, CA. Licensed & contracted by Disney, ©Disney, this is my original acrylic painting featuring Disney’s Rapunzel from the animated film “Tangled”. Some of the original concept art for the film was inspired by Fragonard's "The Swing" painting (one of my favourites!) and I've revisited this theme with Rapunzel in a deliciously Rococo scene, swinging from her own hair! Her chameleon Pascal is hiding in the branches! Prints, merchandise and Limited Edition Canvases are available exclusively through Disney.

As I live down here in Florida I can’t unfortunately pop over to the gallery to buy these items myself for re-sale. However, many enterprising Californians have done just that! Love it! This one and Belle's Enchantment are my favorites in the series so far! I would love to see you do the Princess and the Frog. I love New Orleans and it would be awesome to see some of the elements of the city in your style.

Me too! New Orleans is one of my favourite cities in America. Yep, I have a request in with Disney to paint Tiana, but it will be up to them when/if they commission me to paint her (right now they're having me paint the Evil Queen from Snow White, and also the Tightrope Girl from Disney's Haunted Mansion, which is a good swampy one!)

With the Disney pieces, those belong to the Walt Disney company, I paint them for Disney under my license with them as an independent contractor. So for those the reproduction rights belong to Disney - once I get enough of them done though, maybe they'll come up with a calendar or book to include them in!
