But let me give you a more constructive comment 
The sky is really well done, so why don't make a floor as detailled ? same for the wings, they're too poor.
For the color choice, i find it too "color on color" : the clothes don't have enough contrast with the sand, it doesn't attract the eyes.
One last thing : the woman don't seems to be with the background, she seems to be superposed, but that's just a feeling, i can't tell you the cause
For the positive, i find the sand storm effect real good, the light has a good render too, the arms and especially the hands are really well done, and you got a good style
Sorry for the shortness of the positive point but the congratulations make you happy, while a good critic makes you become better.

A wonderful piece of work. I disagree with those who say the wings are too simple though. It seems like the perfect spot to add simplicity. And I love the sky, it's awe inspiring.

The first thing I thought of when I saw this was the leader of the sirens. She looks like sheβs floating around blindly...but with a sense of where sheβs going. I get a feeling thatβs just a weird effect Iβm getting though, lol. Another great piece!

I have to agree with the first comment by saying that there is a lack of detail in the wings...but I think that it fits so well with the style and theme of the picture, that I don't really mind. I think this has superb composition. And I'm definately loving the mysteriousness of the woman.
