Being checking the stats for the interrogation droid in the old D6 Star Wars rpg, and they make surprisingly good companions for a defected imperial officer or ISB agent, they got great protocol skills and their knowledge of torture can creatively be used for healing instead.Β
Also they are scary as hell and people tend to surrender very quickly to them

Well, IT-O interrogator droids do have incredible medical diagnostic programming...even being capable of bringing the interrogated back from the brink of death...for more interrogation and torturing...
