i've noticed a couple of faces with more than 5 sides, do you fix them up later or just leave them as it is? i'd imagine they would cause a bit of a problem later on.....

Its because I forgot to change the HairLine angle settings to 1 degreed (MayaVector Renderer).
For this model it wouldn't matter though I'm using it as a Normalmap sample, but yeas, more then four sides will give you serious problems^^

Very nicely done.
I had the pleasure of commanding one of these bad boys through a couple of deployments.

You did a very good job of it.
One little detail: there's a small "water run off channel" that extends straight out from the front of the drivers hatch, about 6-8 inches long. It also helps the driver to center the tank on roads / trails, etc.
If you have any questions about anything, feel free to ask! As long as it's within OPSEC, I'll answer.

Couple other things while looking at this, and other photos I have.
The front portions of the reactive armor blocks on the armored skirts at angled in, like a wedge facing forward.
Also, there's a small square bracket that goes on top of the #1 armored skirt (the large front one). Usually used for pry bars (we call them tanker bars) to help lift the skirt in place, on and off if need be.
