Sasuke's lightning attacks would be deadly to Vader, and he is much faster. Vader's physical superiority would not come into play unless he could catch Sasuke, which would be difficult, and the Susanoo flames could likely burn through it. Vader is a tactical and strategic genius who doesn't toy with his opponents, but Sasuke could keep him at a distance and is an expert at silent killing, and the moment he hits Vader with one of his electrical attacks, Vader is doomed.
