Hey there everyone, here is a painting I did of an angel
heh I was practising painting cloth, and wings, perspective (ew) and female faces 
Its pretty rough but I think itturned out pretty okay, I hope you guys like it

I think for practice this isn't a rough piece at all. Great choice of colors and her features are very distinguishable. The wings look amazing as well. Beautiful!

Mmm, in my experience, brighter colours are a challenge to make work in a painting... It's a fine line between tasteful, vivid colours and obnoxious eye-torturing colourfest

Haha yeah definitely, i've seen some really nice vivid colours in paintings that I'd like to learn how to use,
if done right it could look really nice
