You could and (imo) should tighten this up- polish it until it's more refined than the purest confectioner's sugar. I see where you're going with the color/lighting on the one side but I'm not sure if you're helping this image by doing so. It's a little too much information when there's literally nothing going on in the environment, so how could that void be affecting the color/sheen of the subject?
