Very nice, as always. I notice you say that it is based off of the Ocarina of Time design, but the more I look at it, the more I'm noticing a lot of similarities to the older "River Zoras"...I assume it was intentional?
Much like your Goron redesign, I would love to see some different angles of this piece...does it have the head-fin that the Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask/Twilight Princess Zoras have?
