I actually drew this picture using free-hand, which means that I don't use rulers or grids to actually guide me.

I only look at the reference and guess where they all sit on the piece of paper as I work through it. So I'm kind of proud of the accomplishment.

And as you can see, I'm messy with my WIPs. Everything is all over the place.

And I missed drawing traditional portraits for a while now. So I decided to draw Harry Potter from the Half Blood Prince movie that will be coming out here on the 21st of July!

Materials used:
- A4 110gsm Canson sketch journal paper
- H, F, HB, 2B, 3B, 5B, 8B Derwent Graphite Soft pencils
- 0.5 HB, 0.7 2B Mechanical pencils
- Tissue and paper stump
- Kneaded eraser
