Lucca ran into the hospital room with tears flowing down his face and screaming at the top of his lungs "AAAAAXXXXEEEEELLLL!!!!"

Several heads turned his way as he burst through the doors and ran toward the Blonde stallion who was lying on the hospital bed. But Lucca paid them no mind so focused on his true love.

He raced to the edge of the bed and leaned over to look at the powerful earth pony who had just started to wake up. One of his brilliant blue eyes opened and looked at Lucca and for a moment a look of shock appeared on his face.

"Lucca?" His voice was weak.

"AXEL!" Lucca quickly hugged Axel in a huge bear hug. "I'm so glad your okay! I just heard you were here...they wouldn't tell me what happened!!"

Axel sighed and hugged Lucca back "It was just a mission that went wrong don't worry yourself to much."

Lucca pulled back and looked at him sternly "Look at you! Don't tell me it was nothing!" her narrowed her brown eyes "What happened?"

Axel rolled his eyes "There was a manticore attacking a town. Me and a few other guards went to go take care of the problem...I got the blunt end of the blows and ended up being hurt pretty badly as well as being stung with it's scorpion tail...I'm fine though.."

The blue stallion looked appalled "YOU COULD HAVE DIED!!" he buried into Axel's neck crying "I could have lost you!!"

The blonde haired stallion pulled back for a second before hugging Lucca back. Lucca sobbed heavily into his neck unable to stop. "Lucca...I know...but I'm okay...I'm okay..."
