it's a vocaloid PV thing to Len and Rin's "Servant of Evil."
Len is the servant
and Rin is the princess
thus the title "children of evil"
the song is a whole lot more depressing than the title is.
it's the second vid to a trilogy created by a person called "mothy"
and it's a depressing story
