In my comic's version, even Normal!England has freckles.
Many characters has them ... no, wait!
Spain has no freckles
Prussia has no freckles (but he has sunglasses ...)
All the guys with black hair hasn't them ...
Austria is perfectly normal (freckles are easily mistaken with his mole ...), and so Rome, Greece and Turkey.
