He's been our on-call gardener since I was prob'ly four years old. He's now 60 something, doesn't remember exactly his age. Had only elementary school education in very rural area in west java, and then had to work because his family was very poor. He worked as a lower class labour, doing anything from cementing bricks, woodworking, gardening, up until now. With those works, his son and daughter made it to finish their college.

Four years ago, his wife tried to work in a restaurant, and she did it good, and started to open her own small restaurant. She were quite succeed, but then she left him with no words, probably she thought he's too poor for her now. She ran with another man. Now his children doesn't really feel 'match' with their poor dad, and he's alone in his old years.

Now he lives with us.
