Shortly after I read the chapter "A Treacherous Blizzard" (BIS) written by my good friend DanTheCrazy , I felt quite emotional about the horrible fate of Balto's family, involving his parents Beringo and Aniu in particular who lost their lives during a ruthless and savage blizzard. Helpless and sad, Balto and his siblings were separated by these terrible weather conditions. However, an animal from a land far away found Balto and took him under his wing and made sure that no harm would be done to puppy Balto ever again. Despite of what happened to his parents, Balto knew that they were always there for him and guide him until the end of time...
This drawing is dedicated to DanTheCrazy and his fantastic fanfiction "BIS: Balto Inside Story". I hope you like it!
