ta daaaaaaaaah i told you i'd actually finish it
lol i thought this was gonna take me liek a week XP
click download to get the zip file with a bunch of WIP renders, wireframe/clay etc, i think "second render" look cool
...
i did this cause i went back to Kingdom Hearts 2 but this time in proud mode, and i miss my ultima keyblade D:
and it looks freaking awesome
for those who don't know (shame on you), keyblades are the weapon used by the chosen one (aka hero/ur character), Sora, in the Kingdom Hearts series, they can be used to kill badstuffies and lock/unlock pretty much everything, including the "hearts" of the worlds and rountes that allow you to travel between worlds, which is otherwise impossible
im not sure if they can open the ultimate lock: pickle jars
ultima has also been te name of the most powerful equippable weapon in a series of games by square enix (which makes freaking awesome games)

modelled in blender
exported to 3DS for scene setup
rendered with v-ray at 2048*1536

i wouldn't buy one, because
A) its gonna be too expensice (hand made woodcraft always is, though it has a reason to be)
B) im too cheap
c) i'd like stuff that i've done by myself a lot better

i have been thinking the same thing, but then i made an excuse: it needs the rarest and strongest materials in the game to synthesize this, so i guess its a super special awesome indestructible material

It looks great., Golden parts are awesome! But I think that halt is little bit too small., because then you shuold have very small hand
