I put this up on my personal site and it's been on H.B.O. [link] for a few days now. And my friend Atolm [link] convinced me to share it with people on D.A. dispite my reluctance to do so.So here he is, the Gold-Armored Elite in all his ass-kicking glory. That s.o.b. with the energy sword who insists on taking you on in the level known as Assault on the Control Room.
Done 100% in photoshop, including the HAND-RENDERED BACKGROUND (that was based off a screencap' I took during the game). 8 hours of work.

I love this artwork, that plasma blade looks like something out of an anime. This guy looks so good I can picture him moving.
This and your Grunts on the beach have to be two of my favourite pieces of artwork on DA.
And only 8 days to Halo 2... *sigh*

I love this picture! After seeing this I felt like playing Halo and I actually met that same Gold Elite on that same bridge. I'm in the pause menu with the view set on the background in the picture. Brilliant!

I remember one time when I was playing on legendary I got chased by that guy. He followed me all the way to the lift that is not far from that bridge (Halo players know what I talk about (I think)) And there I literaly beat him to death. Awsome picture by the way. I will add this to my fav list such as many times i've played halo on legendary skill, i would say that they are more awsome on legendary skill, i hope you give out more halo pics, i wish you good luck on your next art.

This is probably my second favorite level in Halo! My first being Two Betrayals for being able to play with the Banshees!
I love playing Halo on Legendary especially when duking it out with the Elites, but MAN is the Sword Elites scary.
