Master Chief, just after kicking some major butt. Went for an unusual dual-wield combo of Plasma Rifle and Magnum... since everyone under the sun insists on drawing him with the classic dual SMG's....Acrylic painting. 12"x16" illustration board.

Hey wow! ^^ That's a really cool scene! There is alot of movement it, and i like that.
The charachters' armor look really detailed. You put lots of depth and stuff into 'em with the great shading. I can't believe how much detail you can get into you pictures.
All the diffrent armor parts and details... Nice job with anatomy too, you always get it right. You draw limbs so darn well, and the same goes for detailed designs and background, the background is deep and mysterious.
The splash of yellow from his "eye cover" or what I should call it on his helmet, is a nice touch, makes a cool bright focus from all the dark colors.

Well if you've observed the official screenshots and 3d renders, the Mark VI armor is a lot more 'fitting' than the old Mark V.

Ya know I been thinking, do you think mc's hud uses windows? and maybe he gets the blue screen of death? I mean microsoft does own him. i'm surprised theres not a windows logo on his ass. anyway, great picture. MC looks like he kicked some grunt ass. and love the pistol and plasma rifle combo, it might be useful on multiplayer, unload a clip, then while reloading unleash the plasma. hmmm. only little over one more day...

To fix the bad scan, I usually take it to photoshop and adjust the saturation levels...have you tried that? It helps alot sometimes. O.o
