The Arbiter, probably the coolest anti-hero character ever in a video game. Drawn in pencil, colored with photoshop per usual. No BG to this one, didn't have the motivation, so sue me. The next one I draw of him will most likely have one though.

Every time I look at this picture since years ago when I got into the fandom, it brings me back -all the way- to where Halo was once a universe with unknown mystery. It's nostalgic.
