I need to leave a comment for this...what do I say?! *flail* I'm in love with this guy, and I have to say his head is my favorite part. Intensly reptilian, but it conveys a certain sense of cold intelligence. It kind of looks like he's laughing at whatever misfortunate creature he happens to be looking at.

I donno what attracts me so much to this piece. Maybe it's the colour scheme, or just the awesome differentness of the dragon itself.

*sighs* I wish I could watch how you do this. I have PSP, and will soon get Photoshop (hopefully!) ...but I could never understand how some people can use these tools and make AMAZING pictures, while others (like me) just draw...sad little doodles.

I liked the dragon, the detail was very well done. The colors were excellent as well. The background fit perfectly with the dragon (gave it the whole the beast from the land feel), my only real critique is that the background and the dragon dont blend properly, so you can tell (at least I can, but maybe I'm wrong) that the dragon was drawn seperatly and pasted on top. Overall a small thing, but I know how much I appreciate someone making a comment that is more then "its awesome". It shows me that they acctually looked at the piece. ANyway, great job, keep up the good work.

I really like his pose as well as the detailing on the scales. And the head is a really nice design. The purple backlighting on the rocks is also very nicely done.

Whats up with the non civil comments? I can't see anything wrong with it at all. I like the brown, barren dry feel with the Dragons skin being somewhat conditioned to it's environment, very hard looking.
Ever thought about sending your art into Blizzard (Warcraft 3, World of Warcraft)? They have a Fan Art section for this kind of art most of a very high quality and I think you would get even more recognition for your Dragon pictures.
