Great coloring job! ^_^ the blending is really well done on her shirt, it's so smooth and transitions from lighter hues to darker quickly and makes for a nice level of contrast ^_^_^
And her hair! XD I'm currently still wrestling with how to color hair. I like the blue tips too 
Also good job on deciding when to and when not to color the ink art ^_^
