I love how the majority of the image pretty much uses one hue, making the glowing blue and the dragon's orange highlights stand out. It really effectively brings focus to the objects of the image!
The fact that you added two very close objects (also kudos on blurring them) creates a sense of depth. That was very clever thinking!
You also guided the viewer's eyes around the picture effectively. First they'll likely look at the dragon as the most momentous part of the piece, but then they'll see what the dragon is looking at (the man).
However, in my opinion, the right part of the image was cut out. I can see your train of thought in adding the green moon because otherwise the image would be unbalanced, but honestly, I just find myself looking at the moon rather than the actual subjects. What I would suggest is just cropping it out and then downsizing the rocks in front (or just using the leftmost one).
Overall, this is a pretty good concept. The colour scheme works and uses adjacent colours on the colour wheel so that nothing looks glaringly out of place. The rim lighting is realistic and gives things a fantasy/creepy vibe. My only problem is with the right-hand side, really. But good job, and probably a better job than I could do!

How much would it cost for you to create a picture of,
a blond Female Dwarven Cleric of Marthammor Duin that radiates light,
a celtic hammer head hangs from her single long braded of hair. (full plate no helm) hammer shield,
and a floating high elf of Ogma with a floating tomb (in blue gold robes) lightning
the green dragon has one bad eye the scene is taking place in its Cave Den (Dank)
its the moment of recognition for the dragon, the mentality of "I remember you...
You gave me this..." referring to his foggy right eye

This is one of my favorites of yours. I love the composition here and the light.. or darkness. Also great color on the dragon and of course, just... there is a dragon!
