Description
"Celsius is such a sweetheart... since he has trouble breathing air he stays in his Poké Ball most of the time, but I make sure to take him to the lake at least once a week to relax. I have the starts of digging a nice lake by the laboratory so he can swim around in it all he wants, but it turns out digging a lake takes a lot of time, effort, and logistics.
Celsius is stronger than he looks, even out of water, so he'll help me move things around when I need him. He's surprisingly good at moving around on land. I feel like it's only a matter of time before he rushes a stranger and scares them half to death, but it's just because he wants to give a little kiss."

"The Fossil Pokémon... reincarnating extinct species from fossil records is fascinating from a scientific perspective but utterly, flagrantly immoral. The Galarian chimeras are the most blatant and egregious example, creating creatures that don't even live up to the Fossil Pokémon standard of "approximate". The creatures all suffer significant physiological issues that cause them to have difficulty simply living, but... well, they're here now, so it is our responsibility to do what we can to help them have the best possible quality of life.
"Arctovish functions best underwater, as its anatomical structure causes almost all specimens to have difficulty breathing air. It is possible that a manmade apparatus could be devised to help one breath, but I'm afraid that is not within my expertise, so I can only speculate. Underwater, arctovish's gills work perfectly fine, so I recommend any trainer keep their arctovish somewhere with easy access to a lake or tank. Its water should be just above freezing if possible, as the colder the water the better quality ice stacks it can maintain. If left in warmer temperatures, don't be alarmed if your arctovish's ice stacks - the snow-like layers below its head and front fins - become smaller and flaky. This does not harm the Pokémon, but can reduce its ability to self-freeze for the purposes of body temperature regulation and ice-type techniques."
