Description
I was working on remaking Ryuk's ref and making one for Natsumi when I realized I'd never decided how I was going to color MLB. So, being the weirdo that I am, acted on impulse and made 4 different coloring styles. The first one is very manga-y, with the little dots for the shading and coloring instead of color. I have my own Manga brushes so this would be simple. The second was easy, pick the colors from the colored picture and grayscale them, then color. The first colored one looks a lot like the second one, but it's plenty different. In her eye usually I would start with a bit of black, opacity about 30%, and go down 1% for each layer. But when I color simply, such as in the first one, I skip five or ten to move faster. There's also no shadows. In the detailed one there are shadow and I go down 1% per shade layer in her eyes. Get it? Good. Now comment and tell me which style I should use for coloring my comics! (The detailed one may get better as my style improves, until I have detailed shading like does in To The Dogs. Until then, bear with me, since I can't color very well. XP)Yes, my model is Shirome. Deal with it.

Gotta keep in mind that our computer is almost 10 years old! Yikes! It's had an upgrade or two, but it is a Grandpa as far as computers go, so BE NICE!
A new laptop ably make a bigger difference with slowdowns or locking up than photoshop (me, I still like PSP).
BTW, I like the detailed color version the best!

especially dumb ones... like mine. XD it gets stuck ALL THE TIME and everytime i do elaborate shadings or have a picture of shirome i go to erase something and BAM! it deletes all my shading. it takes alot of digging through to internal software to get it back, too. my shovel broke once too. |D
