Description
One of the geysers in the Midway Geyser Basin, Yellowstone National Park. This whole area of Yellowstone was amazing. There were so many geysers, so many colors, so many smells and a lot of heat from the steam.Another photo from this day.

Thanks so much Devin. I played with my settings so much on this trip it was unreal so I was very nervous about how things would turn out. I went from shooting AP, to full manual sometimes. Can't remember what this shot was on. But anyways, I appreciate it. I was a bit nervous about the upper left corner being a bit bright, but I went for it anyway. I'm glad that someone who has seen these before thought the colors were right on. I appreciate the feedback.

I am not close either but it is closer than New Zealand. I so know that feeling when you fall for a place and want to be there.
For me it is New Zealand.

This is such a gorgeous photograph; the colours are spectacular and grap my attention. I love how you captured the steam rising from the water as well as the reflection of the trees in the background.
