This photo really does it for me. Why? Tension. The nipple touching the edge of table! And then her expression like she's oblivious to it.
The tension is there for two reasons really. First, that it's on the edge, just barely touching. The second being that it's a nipple on a hard edged surface. It makes me uneasy in my seat and that's why I love this. It's not often you get to see a truly excellent example of tension in a nude.
Also, I can't forget the lighting. The subtle shadows on her back created by her ribs really help break up what would be an otherwise boring left side of the frame.

Great work, I like how this picture is simple, there isn't much setting and stuff, just the essential. The model expression has something I cannot explain, between despair and aggressiveness I would say (that is my feeling of course). Her crossed arms gives complexity to her expression, maybe it is why I can't really explain what I feel.
A deserved DD for sure in my opinion

Sheesh, of course she looks skinny, it's the lighting and pose! Does no one do research without passing harsh judgment these days? Every time someone sees ribs in a DD they scream "omg too skinny!"
