Hehe, I really enjoy your cartoony style here! It add some life to the character (even though it is just a random dragon). The shading is cool and the highlights certainly make him shiny (reminds me of a balloon animal in a way. Not that it's really much of a bad thing, but it depends really on what you were going for. It still looks good). The color choice is alright, and the style the dragon is drawn in is quite interesting! Very nice work here!

I'm so glad you like his design and I definitely find rounded body/pudge look to be very appealing as well because it can add a certain charm to characters if done right!
