Well first of all I suggest practicing a lot. Use a lot of darks and contrast, learn how to properly use atmosphere. learn good perspective too. you can get all sorts of tutorials on all those for free on the internet. (thats what I do) other than that just use a tablet so much that it becomes easier than a pencil. (yes that is possible) Then your brush strokes will come quickly and naturally and all you will have to work on is the creativity of it.

well use of fog, atmospheric lighting. clouds. I guess depth perception. a key to remember is things generally get lighter the further back they are.
