Ok so here is my final design on my costume that I am doing. I pretty much have everything but the Mando helmet, the vest, flight suit and the foot plates but other than that I've got it. All I need to do is lose weight.....A lot of weight >.>Related content

Awesome, I loved the pic of you and the R2 unit too.
Also a question, what did you use to create the armor? Material wise I mean.

The material for the chest armor and the shoulder armor was made out of Sintra plastic. Its a tough plastic but once heated it becomes flimsy and you can bend it to about any shape you want. I tried to do it my self once, ended up destroying it by accident and just bot the not painted pieces online. Sad I know but it was worth it haha
