Description
In the comments for my recent drawing of Penny from "Inspector Gadget" underwater, mentioned that it had the potential to launch a spin-off series from the Underwater Babes of Toontown. I thought about it, and gradually I decided "Hey, he's right!" And so, I present my new series - The Underwater Cuties of Toontown! Same premise, but with younger characters who still have a strong following here on DA.And of course, it only makes sense that the first official entry in the series should be Katara from "Avatar: The Last Airbender". With her, you don't even have to think up a legitimate reason for her to be underwater - she's a waterbender, so why shouldn't she be?

i could just imagine if it were toph in the pic, considering she couldn't "see" underwater, nor does she know how to swim. Talk about reverse fish out of water. XD

Great job! Is the big blue swirl above her head supposed to be her controlling the water? I've only seen a few episodes of Avatar so I'm not too familiar with how she bends water.

I've seen even less of the show than you have, but yeah, that's what it's supposed to be. I mostly drew my inspiration on this one from 's multi-part "Avatar" comic where Katara explains the waterbender diving method.
