Just had an episode of sleep paralysis a couple nights ago, and according to folk stories and metaphysical stuffs it's caused by demons or spirits not letting you move.I know the scientific reason for it but I want to belieeeeeveeee.
Also I brought the red demon back!

Whoa is this the thing that could be turned to lucid dreaming and you could do naughty things to your waifu in dreams? I mean obviously you wouldn't be doing naughty things to a demon

This happened to me once when I OD'ed on sleep meds... Can't even remember what the hell the dream was about anymore... They say this happens when we enter deep sleep and our bodies have indeed "paralyzed" our physical being so we don't harm ourselves in our sleep... (try telling that to my nephew, who has sleepwalked more than once.) You can wake up in the middle of a dream when this happens.
