Just had an episode of sleep paralysis a couple nights ago, and according to folk stories and metaphysical stuffs it's caused by demons or spirits not letting you move.I know the scientific reason for it but I want to belieeeeeveeee.
Also I brought the red demon back!

The same mechanism that doesn't allow you to move a lot when you dream sometimes lags behind when you wake up and doesn't allow you to move even if you're already conscious.
