yep ^-^ Its the Irwin canadian version. The reason her outfit is like that is cuz shes suppost to be from the R season as the time keeper who guarded the gates of time

ah lol well that's just strange XD I've never seen her outfit like that so I was extremely confused. I've noticed that the non-japanese dolls are usually not as accurate.

yeah its kinda odd. the japanese super sailor scouts (inners) look so much the the characters. But sometimes though the american dolls are more accurate then the Japanese ones. If ya look at this canadian pluto, then look at the american pluto and then look at the japanese pluto, I think the american pluto looks so much like the character. the american iwrin started getting pretty good they made neptune look like neptune and uranus isnt bad either. its a shame they stopped

I don't like the irwin dolls usually. I prefer the bandai ones, which is what i think my super sailor moon was. But even the american bandai ones were pretty good. The irwin dolls looked to.. barbie lol

haha yeah that is true XD they are kinda barbie like. the bandai ones are pretty good too. Ive seen the super sailor moon one and I think the ones that talk are the cutest X3 same thing with the ones that respond to the wands. lol I wonder if Iwrin ever thought of makin them talk XD
