Very close. Amy is Hinoka (since Cindy Robinson is the most recent voice of both) and Metal Sonic is the Tokyo Mirage Sessions version of Chrom (since TMS version is somewhat a robotic version of the original), aside from that, the rest are all right

Amy as Hinoka huh? It's funny because Cindy Robinson had a very rough start with both characters (her Hinoka voice sounds really akward and all i need to say about her start as Amy is that she first voiced her in free riders, where Amy was a complete jerk). Oh well, i guess she at least somewhat improved over time, and i have to admit that she is amazing as the voice of Minerva.

Given the way Sanic Forceps has been built up (time travel, various characters, avatar customization, dialogue, etc), I wouldn't really be surprised.

Not as many VA jokes as the last one, but still looks awesome!
Let's see...
Tails/Lissa - Kate Higgins (her voicework in FEA is half the reason the latter character is my Waifu ^3^)
Blaze/Lucina - Laura Bailey (told ya about this one in the last picture)
Espio/Saizo - Keith Silverstein... I think? (not sure about that one)
Shadow/Xander - Kyle Herbert? (yet again, not sure)
Sonic/Chrom and SClassic/Marth - more about being the main character than any voice-sharing (though it makes me wonder if Mattew Mercer could pull off a better Sonic than Roger)
Rookie/Robin - customizable avatar, so it makes sense (new headcanon: Rookie has David Vincent's voice xD)
Some missed opportunities, though:
Charmy/??? -> Charmy/Severa (they're both voiced by July Ann Taylor)
Silver's nowhere in the picture, yet you put Chaos Zero in Corrin's outfit instead. Why? Would've been the perfect opportunity to follow on my suggestion.
Thinking of it... I wonder what Grangrel would have sounded like with Mike Pollock's voice.

yeh the voice actor allusion thingy isn't as prevalent in this one. Most of the choices were made to match up with personalities or traits of characters this time around. You got Tails, Blaze's and Rookie's roles right.
Sonic indeed takes Chrom's spot as he is the main hero mostly. On the top right you should be able to see a Metal Sonic who's patterned after Tokyo Mirage Sessions Chrom, who's also much more mechanical-like than his usual self. Classic Sonic has Marth's outfit, as both are indeed the "classic" figures
Cream takes the role of Elise for being such a sweet child, Shadow's Leo mostly for his angst (Leo's not that angsty, but he is very confident in his dark arts), Rouge emulates Camilla's sultry nature. I didn't really know who to put for Xander, but I was willing to take cues of his design and slap them onto Omega if it worked. And on the top left is Zavok, who is Walhart, simply because both are just really red, and sorta extra evil (you could've taken Walhart out of Awakening and honestly it wouldn't change much, much like Zavok's questionable reappearance for Forces)
The Chaotix crew take the role of Team Valbar. Vector -> Valbar, Espio -> Kamui, Charmy -> Leon. It's sort of a mess, but I mostly chose them as they're both quirky trios in my book. Eggman and Gangrel are both pretty crazy dudes. And as Corrin is capable of transforming to a dragon-thing and a general motif of Fates is water, I thought it best to shove Chaos into the suit to fulfill the Forces enemy quota (plus Chaos' perfect form is as well, a water dragon-like thing)
And of course we got Infinite, mish-mashed with elements of Grima, ready to tear the world asunder
It is a bit strange that I didn't add Silver, but I really wasn't sure what I'd do with him. The future witness deal was already covered by Blaze so... *shrugging*
