It's gone now, there is a SW1200 and a GP9 there. This is near the skyway.

It's used about once or twice a day and the flasher were probably built before gates were needed. They do need gates though.

Its probably a leasing unit that Cargil uses to switch their plant. A rebuilt Geep could have came from anywhere.
