Description
One of the most epic parts of Sonic CD is the boss fight agenst Metal Sonic which is more of a race than an actual fight!
When you beat him, a door closes and Metal Sonic crashes straight into it and dies the same way you would in the game: Jump out the screen and fall! It's pretty lulzy!XDThis boss fight returns in Sonic Generations, only this time you actually FIGHT Metal Sonic in which in a sense is cool cause Metal Sonic actually does more than just a little jet boost and occasionally put up an electric shield.
I tried making Metal Sonic a bit chibi-ier and smaller like his classic design. I also tried to really capture the background of the Stardust Speedway Zone where he's fought at, and honestly, I think I did a pretty good job!

i was never a too big fan of the classic sonic games beacuse modern sonic is the one I grew up with, but Sonic CD is My Favorite classic game.

I never played Sonic CD as a kid.. Because I only played Sonic 1, 2, Knuckles, Spinball, and Sonic 1 on the Game Gear... But when I have the modern Sonic games, I also got to play Sonic CD on Gems Collection and it was worth it. :3

Ya know, I grew up with modern Sonic, too. But as time passed on, and after taking a deeper look at the older games I found more appreciation for the older games!

Yeah, I was actually planning on putting Robotnik in there, too. But decided to just have Sonic and Metal.
