Where to begin, where to begin... Okay, from here on out, I'm gonna assume you all know about the Kirby anime series because this description is going to be too long already without explaining.

Anyhow, this here is a Kirby fan fiction I've had stored in the attic of my mind ever since I was like, er..... 9 or so? It was a long time ago, yet I never went anywhere with it. I think it was mostly due to transitioning to the Kirby games franchise. I mean, the Kirby anime dubs broadcast ended around 2008, which was around the time Super Star Ultra came out. So I guess I just phased out of that part of the fandom.
I used to be huge in the Kirby anime fandom. It's what introduced me to the Kirby series in the first place! The Kirby anime series had a HUGE following in the mid 2000's! By the time I actually joined DA back in 2008, I was kinda burnt out from the Kirby anime series and wanted to experience a fresh take on Kirby. Plus, I wanted be all contrary and be all about the Kirby games while most other fans were all about Star Warriors, characters who only appear for 1 or 2 episodes max, couples-o-plenty, etc.

But I'm getting off track! Basically, if I hadn't got caught up in the Kirby games fandom, I would've probably posted anime stuff when I first joined DA back in 2008! I probably wont complete this series on here. It would either be a lazily put together comic or a written story. But literature is boring and not my style!XP Besides, I already have enough on my hands already.... So I'm just going to tell you everything right here!

  My story takes place after the original series, after Kirby defeats Nightmare, his arch N.M.E.!(get it?XD) Not too long after they finish rebuilding Cappy Town a silver star ship makes a crash landing into that big tree in the center of town. A similar scenario to how Kirby first arrived in the series, all the characters gather around the star ship to see a little blue blob flop out called Gooey whom they speculate is another Star Warrior. But Nightmare has been defeated, there's no need for Star Warriors anymore.... is there??
  But before they begin to question, Kirby, Tiff, Tuff and Gooey all start to dissolve and are transported to another world. Oh! And so do King Dedede and Escargoon!

  The next thing they know, the four protagonists realize they are in a whole new place and are immediately greeted by a kooky looking scientist. It's here that Tiff and Tuff notice that the place is inhabited by people who look just like them. They soon learn that they are not weird looking Cappys like most would suggest, but rather they are of a species called,"Palugalums"(pah-loo-gah-lums) and this is their home planet Paluga Star!(creative, right?)
The scientist introduces himself as Professor Crazy Gadget, and he explains that the reason they were brought here was because they needed a hero to help save their world. They were brought over here by a machine made by Crazy Gadget that can detect and transfer Star Warriors to it's location.

Paluga Star is in trouble. It's sun and moon have been stolen by a dark wizard in a castle within black clouds that sits in the sky. Not only is the sky blank without them in sight, but everything on the planet will slowly wither way and die without the energy provided the sun and moon. In order to pierce through the castle's dark force field and restore the sun and moon to their former glory, Kirby and friends are tasked to find all the sun and moon looking stones scattered across the planet called Solunars. These collectible mcgufins together can generate immense power and should probably be enough to defeat the evil wizard, whom is named Shadin BTW!
So then Kirby and friends make a deal with Crazy Gadget that they'll help save their would in exchange for Crazy Gadget creating a machine that can send them all back home. The machine is also powered by the Solunars, so that makes collecting them twice as convenient!

Meanwhile, King Dedede and Escargoon both wind up in the outskirts of town. They are quickly assaulted by the Poppy Bros., but soon Dedede acquires his dominance as king over them and recruits them as his servants. Then not long after that they meet up with this shady, hooded person who tells them that their only chance of getting back home is to collect the Solunars as well, and bring them to him. Wonder why.....?

So now Kirby and company must venture out to various places around Paluga Star fighting enemies, meeting with people, and scavenging the land for all the Solunars.

Basically it's like the Kirby anime mixed with Mario 64-esqe elements.

I know most people would like to imagine a potential sequel to the Kirby anime build upon preexisting elements such as,"Whatever happened to that ninja guy", "What's the REAL deal with Kirby's backstory", "Will we ever see Sirica again", etc. But we just threw that all out the window in favor of starting anew with even more characters to put with the others whom have little exposition. Not to toot my own horn or anything, but I really do think they'd do something similar for a potential sequel.XD More or less the same things! I mean, if you think about it, the Kirby anime wasn't that focused on the main story. It was mostly comedic based and most of the episodes were their own contained story and also spent most of it's time parodying other media. The statuesque is real people. I'd say around 10 of the 100 episodes actually focus on the main story of the Star Warriors and fighting against Nightmare and focusing on plot important characters.

On to further details!~

Gooey!!:
Yes! My main addition was to add in Gooey as a partner for Kirby! He's kinda dopey and doesn't do all that much. But he's pretty much like his video game counterpart. He can eat up stuff with his long tongue, and he can use copy abilities like Kirby! Him and Kirby instantly get along and have a brother-like relationship. He's the "Blurb" to Kirby's "Poyo!"
He also comes with his own silver warp star! The only who can summon it is none other than Tuff! Upon his arrival, Tuff gains a liking to Gooey's goofy, squishy blobiness. Just like how Kirby and Tiff have that whole big sister/little brother or mother/child thing going on, with Gooey and Tuff it's like a big brother/little brother or boy/dog sort of deal. Tuff needed more relevance, anyways~ -u-

Who's the scientist looking guy?:
That's Professor Crazy Gadget, the guy I just told you about. I loosely based him off of Dr. Muro from that not Jurassic Park episode. Rather than biology and dinosaurs Crazy Gadget is more into robotics and gadgetry, plus he's not a monster. He uses a machine that tracks Star Warriors to bring Kirby and friends to save his world. So why did it also bring Dedede and Escargoon but NOT Meta Knight? The machine still has a few kinks in it......quite a few..
Crazy Gadget lets Kirby's friends stay at his lab while they search for Solunars. He sometimes gives them quirky little gadgets for some of the places they go if the situation demands it. Since they're far from home, he also built a Kabu-like machine that can send Kirby and Gooey their warp stars when Tiff and Tuff call upon them!

Poppy Bros.?:
Ya, I've always liked the Poppy Bros.! If you really want to be technical, they actually have appeared in the series already.(at least Poppy Bros. Sr.) It was only a brief cameo, but in the Phan Phan episode there was a scene where Nightmare Enterprises was showing off their own sets of circus performers. Lots of classic Kirby enemies made appearances; Mr. Frosty, Boomer, the suplex guy, and of course Poppy Sr.!
Seeing as how at the end of the series (spoiler alert) Kirby blows up the entirety of Nightmare Enterprises, many could argue on why and how the bros. are here in the first place. Don't worry, we thought of that! My theory is that the Nightmare Enterprises circus groups travel to all sorts of planets and galaxies. One of their destinations being Paluga Star! After their last show while all the monsters were being sent back to Nightmare Enterprises, the Poppy Bros. missed the ship and were left behind. That's my excuse~

So who's the main villain this time?:
A dark wizard named Shadin. The little guy at the top there! The perspective kinda failed on me and he kinda looks like a pixie.. But I assure you all, he's in the background and he's very tall! He has stolen the sun and the moon! This does not cause everything on the planet to go haywire oddly enough. But without the sun or the moon, all life on Paluga Star can't prosper and will eventually wither away to nothing. Shadin has stolen the sun and moon so that he can use their energy to become as powerful as a god, and wreak havoc against all other planets. Using their energy combined with pints of his own magic, he can conjure up monsters and beam them out to places from his castle top!
Shadin, as his name suggests is a very shady character. He shows up very rarely, but more than Nightmare ever has! He's devious and cunning, and won't stop at anything until his goals are met! Fun fact! I originally based Shadin off of picture of a Black Mage I saw on here eons ago!.....Here we go! El Lord o'Beef :: for Beeflord
I tried to change up his design before posting all this so that he doesn't look like a cheap knock off, but it's hopeless. Just remember, this is 9 year old me we're dealing with!

What's that thing on Tiff's wrist?:
That's the Scan-o-nator. It's a device Professor Crazy Gadget made for Tiff so that she and co. can learn more about the new world. All she does is point it at something, press a button, and it scans something and gives her all the information needed. It can also be used to identify copy abilities for Kirby and Gooey, so they won't be needing Meta Knight anymore!

So what is Paluga Star like?:
The area that they're in is the main town. It looks a bit small here, but that's because I suck at backgrounds. Think of it as a more modern/advanced Cappy Town. It's got a regular town and a city! Some of the places there include; a cafe, a weaponry and ammunition museum, a fast food joint, and of course Professor Crazy Gadget's laboratory!
But of course this series wouldn't be restricted to just one area! There are tons distinct places around Paluga Star! Volcanoes, freezing oceans with ice burgs the size of islands, big futuristic cities, wild jungles and more!

So wait. What about that cloaked fella who deals with Dedede?:
Oh! Don't mind him. He's not important yet.

Other things to note:
-I would've wanted to put more emphasis on Kirby in this series, rather than it being King Dedede or Tiff and Tuff all the time..
-Tuff would have a much bigger role because I like Tuff, and I feel he's a very unappreciated character.
-I was originally going to have Kirby learn to talk via a machine made by Professor Crazy Gadget. But I recently decided against it because of Daddy Sakurai's wishes for Kirby to be mute...or at least say,"poyo" all the time. I'll just have Kirby from the video games talk in my stuff~ '3'
-The tone for this series would be pretty much like the original series. Silly comedy and light on story, but this time It'd be more adventure and action based as well.
-I DID have plans for a story after they all saved Paluga Star and went back home. It would mostly be in Cappy Town again, tie up some loose ends, it would also delve into Gooey's history, and of course a new threat! But that stuff is waaaay less developed than what I have now.

But yeah, this was all I had on the drawing board all this time. I don't think I'll ever post this whole story on here. Too much work and effort, not enough time nor energy.....Maybe that's for the best? I might actually just make a bunch of pictures depicting specific events I had in mind for throughout the series.
So if any of you are wondering why JdoesntdoKirbyanimethatmuch, this is why. This is what all the love and fanning I have for the Kirby anime has gone into. It all kinda burned me out... But I would still like to make stuff based on that Kirby series. It's just that everything has been done in terms of fan art and situations.
