Description
Elecman, an electricity robot from Megaman1. He is one of Megaman's brothers. The robots from the first game and the recently released Megaman9 game are Megaman's brothers. Anyway, Elecman looks kinda like a ninja and he shoots thunder bolts called the thunder beam. His weakness is sissors.
