Description
Oilman is one of Megaman's brothers, while he didn't appear in Megaman 1 (due to limits on the NES cartradge) he did appear in the remake Megaman Powered Up for the PSP. I actually made this from a sketch I saw [link] (on the bottom right corner) Because the thing is, in Megaman Powered Up everyone is in this chibi style, so we never got to see Oilman or Timeman (the other one in the picture) in the regular Megaman style. But luckly I happend to come across these sketches. But for the most part what inspired me to complete this picture was a couple pictures that did of a couple other sketches that were found. So anyways, Oilman has a pretty cool power. He can shoot blobs of oil, but the cool part is that he can slide on the oil he squirts and ride it like a surf board. Now if any of you have any logic I don't need to say what his weakness is, but I'll give you a clue.
