The D80 is a digital camera, is there grain? Do you mean noise?
It's a gorgeous effect you've got here. i wonder if you could get the same effect with a noise filter... Hmmm...

Also... i especially like how the sharp lines and shapes pull the eyes up to those luscious lips... but the soft focus pushes away again.
It pushes and pulls the viewer in a loop. Very dynamic!

Haha you're quite right It would have to be simulated grain or grain-like effect to be more accurate
