very interesting photo of two high quality add on armour kits for a pair of Russian made Tigre-M's.

based purely on observation:

this far more then some random slap on job. the slat armour on the windows shows that and the roof of one vehicle is also covered by an armoured structure. looks more like a possible test vehicle for an armour kit and variation. also there's two of these sitting side by side in a parking lot with a third Tigre-M on the open with a soldier casually walking past without any combat gear. looks like a factory job or a very good field armourer at the very least made these. And if the this is the NBC troops this could be protection against a very different type of threat as well.
