Meet Robyn O'Neil, April's older sister from the TMNT Mirage Comics and 2003 series.

Robyn was an early college student in California, who came to New York for a surprise vist to her sister April. But upon arriving, she was ambushed by members of the Purple Dragons, who attempted to mug her. She was then rescued by Mikey and Pinkie Pie, but she fainted at the sight of Mikey. They brought her to the lair, where she awoke and screamed at the sight of the Turtles. Her scream got the attention of April, who revealed her as her sister. After getting to know the Turtles and Rainbooms, Robyn became found of them and vis versa, but April only gave her resentment. Fluttershy noticed this and asked why. April replied that Robyn was aways disorganized and especially irresponsible, yet everything was aways easy for her, which is why she went to college early, so she never had to work hard like she did.

Later, April caught Robyn poking around Donnie's lab, startling her and causing her to spill canister of mutegan on one of Donnie's trophies from past fights: Mom-Thing's tentecal. April chewed her out for coming into Donnie's lab and Robyn wants to know why April's had been so hateful toward her and April replied "because she was too perfect" and that she doesn't understand what it means to work hard, and it was for that reason that sometimes made her wish she didn't have a sister. Heartbroken, Robyn angrily decided to leave since she has no sister anymore and leaves the lab in tears. Just as April was regretting what she said, she turned arounded to discover to her horror that Mom-Thing had regenerated from the mutagen Robyn had spilled earlier. Mom-Thing knocked her out and stole the Party Wagon, taking April with her. Luckily, Robyn saw everthing and went after them on April's scooter. Pinkie Pie saw everthing too and told the others, who then went after them in the Shellrazor.

After a lengthy chase, Robyn caught up and pulled April out. Mom-Thing tried to run them down, but the Shellrazor rammed into the Party Wagon before that could happen. The ninjas attacked Mom-Thing and durring the fight, she tried to hit April, but Robyn took the blow instead. Horrified, April ran to her sister, who to her relief was still alive, but Robyn said she had a headache. April told Robyn to stay safe and atrack Mom-Thing with her physic attacks. Robyn's headache got worse until she suddenly unleashed a physic wave that destroyed Mom-Thing and left everyone in complete shock, before she passed out. She awoke in the lair and Donnie explained that Robyn had the same physic powers as April, revealing that she was a mutant like April. April asks Robyn why she saved her after what she said, to which said was because that's what sister's do. April apologized and said the real reason was because she was jealous. Then Robyn revealed that she was jealous of April, because she could defend herself and Robyn couldn't. The two reconciled and April offered her a chance to train with the Turtles, and Robyn accepted. During the training, April was glad to see that ninja traing was not something Robyn could learn easily.

Casey's cousin Sid fell in love with her, but Robyn disliked him. However, she eventually returned his feelings when he saved her from the Bug Thugs.

I think the voice for her would be Sarah Romos.

Trivia: I completely based her off concept April.
