When Caitlyn says that whenever she hears singing, she feels regret, April, Karai, and Shinigami relay to her about their regrets. April's was how she had turned her back on the Turtles after they accidentally mutated her dad and when she got beat by Shini twice. Karai's about never getting to avenge both her parents deaths at the hand of the Shredder. And Shinigami's letting fear stop her from saving someone she cared about. They even mention Sunset's regrets from when she used to rule CHS. But they tell her that she should never let regret get her down or hold her back. April says that she sensed that Caitlyn also enjoyed singing, to which the girl admits she does miss it sometimes.
