still missing lot of Contra members there...
i am pretty sure is 'Tasha' at least it's her name that i read in my Legacy of War PsX CD. Maybe they create another version of this game, since this is Contra title, that considered fail by Konami.
-oh and Konami along with china company Tencent create new Contra game for mobile phone, i heard the title is 'Hero Return' - actually i love what they did with classic main heroes, Bill and Lance. unfortunately i heard too, it's released only in china mainland. i hope it's only rumor.-

yes... Lucia, i don't know how to add her with Lance together. you know when Lucia become Bill's Partner, Lance become the enemy.
Beans and Smith? look at the copter, pal. the one that throwing c4 was Beans, and the other was Smith. actualy i am, a little bit confuse with Konami Artwork. So i am improve them by myself.

I don't know why you made Smith black guy. He's a white guy. You should change that
Also, I still think Lance is worth adding. You added all the heroes from different timelines, so it's no harm.

about smith, yes that's why i confuse. in the game dialog he is white guy. but at the ending scene he is turn into black guy.

And I mean that from an objective point of view, no racism
It makes more sense of those 2 are Mad Dog and Scorpion. Mad Dog is portrayed as a gangsta in Contra 4 (hence the black guy in your fanart looks like him) while your portrayal of Beans looks a LOT like a mix of Bill and Scorpion of Contra 4.
