This is for a contest on AXA forums. Rules were you had to make up and draw an original pokemon. I chose to do a Chatot evolution.

Name: Parrorotti

Species: Musical Parrot Pokémon

Height: 2′04″

Weight: 6.4 lbs.

Type: Normal/Flying

Evolution: Chatot -> Parrorotti (Lv. 35)

Pokedex entry: Like it's pre-evolved form it can learn and speak human words. Once it gathers enough words it can compose them into a song. Different songs have different effects in battle. Some can deafen opponents, leaving them confused or some can lull a pokemon to sleep. The way it moves it's treble clef-like tail determines which kind of song and keeps it in rhythm.
