Description
Major Sebastian Bludd serves as one of Cobra’s highest ranking officers. Major Bludd is one of Cobra Commanders top soldiers, and can often be seen directing dozens of Cobra troopers into battle, but he has also been known to attempt several coups to take over Cobra. Many of Major Bludd’s coup attempts have ended, quite badly for the Cobra operative, but he has since learnt his place within the Cobra hierarchy, but he has since suffered multiple defeats at the hands of G.I. Joe, one of which costed him his left eye, and another where he lost his entire right arm. Since then he has made it his life goal to see G.I. Joe destroyed, and has gladly followed Cobra Commander’s orders, if it means the potential destruction of G.I. Joe.
